FAQ for the updated App. Status June 2024.

Will I be able to collect Stamp Cards?

Yes, you'll be able to collect Stamp Cards.

Where can I find my collected Stamps?

Your Stamps have moved and can be accessed via the bottom navigation "My Plus". All stampcards previously redeemed will be available. You can see the partners that take part in the stampcard program from the small badge.

Will I be able to collect Points?

Yes, you'll be able to collect Points.

Where can I see my previous orders?

Once you place your first order on the updated app you will be able to re-order from the same restaurant using the order history page or the reorder carousel "My favorites " found at the top of you search results.

Where are my saved "favorites"?

The ‘favorites’ feature will not be available anymore. We plan to build a more user friendly ‘favourites’ feature in future.

Where can I leave notes on specific items when I order?

Currently you cannot leave notes on specific items. We plan to build a more user friendly feature in the future.

Can I pay with cash?

For partners that accept cash payments you can pay in cash. This option will appear in the payment option page. In the short term you will not have the option to split the payment into cash and other online payments. We plan to build this back in again in the future

How do I leave feedback or raise an issue?

Simply:

  • Launch the App
  • Navigate to the Settings page
  • Tap on ‘How are we doing?’ button and follow the prompts

You will also be able to give feedback on the order confirmation page.
