Do you have a discount voucher on your next order with Lieferando.at? Great! You can use vouchers when you pay online. Here's how:

Website
On the payment method page, look for 'Voucher' under the payment options. Select 'Do you have a voucher or a coupon?', enter your code and press 'Check' to apply your discount.

iPhone
Before completing your order, you have two options to add your discount code:
1. On the' Complete your order' page, tap 'Add a voucher'.
2. Under 'Payment methods', tap on 'Add voucher'.

Android
Under your payment method, you'll find 'Do you have a voucher or coupon?' Enter your code and tap 'Redeem' to apply your discount.

Discounts are applied instantly.

Are there any conditions I should know about before I use my voucher?

We have a lot of different vouchers. Some will include a discount percentage, while others contain a fixed amount. A voucher may be specific to one restaurant or store or for use at any place. In some other instances, we might promote our app with a dedicated app voucher or provide you with a single voucher that you can use multiple times.

No matter what kind of discount you receive, we'll always make sure to add clear conditions with a visible expiration date. All of our vouchers require an online payment for any remaining amount over voucher amount.

If your order was cancelled, no matter what the reason, we will always make sure that the value of the voucher is returned. Please allow 24 hours for the voucher to recharge.

Why couldn't I use my voucher?

We apologise for the inconvenience. First, please check the expiration date and the 'Terms of use' of your voucher. If that doesn't solve the problem, perhaps something went wrong during payment and your order was never processed. If that's the case, Lieferando.at may have temporarily blocked the voucher to prevent it from being applied to multiple orders.

Don't worry, your voucher will most likely reset in 20 minutes since the order didn't go through. In some cases, it might take longer, but it should always reset within 24 hours.

If your voucher does not reset or you've encountered other issues, please contact us with your voucher code and a brief explanation of the problem.
