I didn't receive a stamp or voucher after I ordered.
Here are some common reasons why you may not receive a stamp or voucher:
- The restaurant is no longer participating in the StampCard programme
- The email is in your spam folder
- You are no longer subscribed to our newsletter
- You used another email address or made a typo while placing your order
- It's been less than 48 hours; a stamp might still be on its way
- You cancelled your order
