I need a refund.

Was your order cancelled? Never received your meal? Was one of your meal items missing?
If you paid for your order online, you might receive a total or partial refund. We'll check your order and will always confirm your refund by email as soon as possible. Depending on the payment method used, it can take up to 4 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Did you use a voucher?
If so, we'll reimburse the credit back into your account. You'll be able to use the voucher code again to place a new order. The reactivation of your voucher can take up to 24 hours.
