What happens to the amount I paid online when I cancel my order?

Your order will be refunded to your Sodexo Restaurant Pass Card if:
• You cancelled your order before the restaurant started delivering
• Lieferando.at cancelled your order
• The delivery serviced cancelled your order
This process can take up to 10 days.

If you think you are entitled to a refund, please get in touch with our customer service.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund you if you have cancelled your order after the restaurant started delivering.
