What is the service charge?

Working closely with our Restaurant Partners, we aim to deliver the best takeaway experience to each of our customers. This is why some of our orders include a service fee. We use this to improve our website and app, and make sure your experience with us is as good as possible.

How will I know what service charge I need to pay?
The service fee is a flat fee. We ensure transparency: you will find the exact fee on the
payment page at checkout.

Do I have to pay a service charge if I collect my order?
