Why can't I use my offer?

The companies participating in our Points decide on their terms of use. Please check the expiration date and the 'Terms of use' of your offer to see if anything would keep you from redeeming the offer.

If you don't see any reason why you can't access the offer, please contact us with the following:
- The email address of your account
- The offer you are trying to claim
- The coupon/voucher code you received

Where can I see my points?
You can see and redeem points by signing into your Lieferando.at account. Click on the menu icon at the top of the screen, and you’ll see how many points you’ve collected.
How many points do I receive with my order?
You receive 10 points when you order via our website and 15 points via our app.
