Please check if you've used the email address associated with your Lieferando.at account when you placed your order. It can take up to 24 hours for the points to appear in your account. (It may take a bit longer if you've ordered twice in a row.)

If points are still not appearing after some time, please contact us and include the following:
- The email address of your account
- Date and order number of the order(s)
