This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we, Lieferando.at (“we”, “our”, or “Lieferando”), offer the customer programme “Lieferando+” which gives purchasers free delivery for a defined period (dependent on the duration of the membership you buy) for use on eligible orders at participating partners on the Lieferando.at website and app (together the “Platform”) in Austria (“Lieferando+”) on the terms set out below (the “Lieferando+ Terms”).

These Lieferando+ Terms govern Lieferando+, including Lieferando.at’s relationship with purchasers of Lieferando+ (“you” or “your”), and how you manage your accounts.

Processing of personal information under these Lieferando+ Terms are subject to Lieferando’s Privacy Policy and collectively consist of the following parts:

  1. The terms of Lieferando+ (the “Terms of Use”); and
  2. The terms relating to the different rewards and offers from Lieferando offered as part of the Lieferando+ programme and selected third party brand partners (“Third Party Partnerships”)

    Part 1 - Terms of Use

  1. These Terms of Use set out how you may use Lieferando+. By accessing and using Lieferando+ you are deemed to accept these Terms (and the standard Lieferando Website Terms and Conditions) and confirm that you accept and agree to comply with them. Please read them carefully and if you do not accept them, please do not purchase or use Lieferando+.
  2. New services: Lieferando+ is continually evolving. We reserve the right to enable new features and functionality at any time and you agree that we may make available, provision and/or deploy the same or similar at any time in accordance with these terms, and/or any special terms as updated to you.
  3. Lieferando reserves the right to amend or cancel either all or part of Lieferando+ in accordance with the notice and termination rights set out in its general Website Terms and Conditions, and at its sole discretion.

    4. Part 2: Lieferando+ Terms

  4. Lieferando+ provides you with a €0 delivery fee on orders placed at participating Partners for the duration of the plan from the day of purchase, subject to a minimum spend of at least €15.00 (before associated taxes, tips, and fees are applied) and the limited restrictions set out in paragraph 5 below. Such minimum order value may vary depending on the Partner selected, but will always be shown to you before placing your order on the platform. Participating partners may change at any time.
  5. Certain partners may be subject to additional delivery fees and restrictions. If this is applicable the additional fees will be shown to you before placing your order on the platform. This includes where the delivery fee, without Lieferando+, would exceed €25.00 to the selected delivery location. In this instance, Lieferando+ would cover the first €25.00 of the delivery fee for this location, with the remaining cost of delivery being shown to you in your basket before placing your order.
  6. Service charges and other charges may still apply to an order. Such costs will always be shown before you complete and pay for an order.
  7. Lieferando+ cannot be used on cash orders or those placed using Debit Card at Home or Credit Card at Home.
  8. Lieferando+ is subject to delivery availability.
  9. Lieferando Pay or Voucher cannot be used to purchase access to Lieferando+.
  10. Lieferando+ is intended for personal use only and will be subject to a fair use policy (whilst you can order as many times as you like we need to make sure unusual burdens are not being placed on the free delivery offering by ordering more than would be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use). Lieferando+ cannot be used for commercial purposes by resellers or other third parties.
  11. Additional promotional benefits, offers and rewards may additionally be made available from time to time, subject to any additional terms published alongside those offers or rewards.
  12. If you change your mind, you can cancel Lieferando+ immediately and for up to 14 days after the date of purchase (your cooling off period). You can request a cancellation by logging into your account and requesting to cancel Lieferando+, following which you will no longer receive Lieferando+. If you used your Lieferando+ membership e.g. you have benefitted from free delivery on orders during the cooling off period, we will reasonably reduce your refund to reflect the services provided during the cooling off period. We will provide any refund due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you've changed your mind. We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
  13. We reserve the right to end your Lieferando+ membership at any time without a refund if we find that you are acting in breach of these Lieferando+ Terms including our fair use policy, as set out in paragraph 10 (above). Or are in breach of Lieferando’s Website Terms and Conditions.

Third party partnerships

  1. From time to time, Lieferando may partner with third party partners to offer additional benefits to customers of those partners. We reserve the right to amend or reserve these terms from time to time on reasonable notice to you.
  2. If you have an Amazon Prime membership, you can benefit from Lieferando+ at no extra cost by simply visiting https://www.amazon.de/prime/offer/lieferando/prime-deal. You will need to sign into your Amazon Prime account, before clicking the “Claim now” button and following the instructions therein. You will need a Lieferando account to link to your Amazon Prime account. If you cancel your Amazon Prime membership or unlink the accounts, your access to Lieferando+ will also end. You can repurchase Lieferando+ directly on Lieferando thereafter if you wish to rejoin outside of the Amazon Prime partnership.
