How to report an incident

Even though it’s not an everyday occurrence, it’s important to know how to report an incident when making deliveries on the Lieferando platform. We strongly encourage you to follow these steps should an incident occur and remember, our team is here to support you!

Incidents can be rare but include:

  • Work health and safety 

  • Behavioural 

  • Assault 

  • General Criminal Behaviour

  • Verbal Altercations 

  • Sexual Harassment 

  • Sexual Assault 

What should I do if I encounter an incident?

There are several steps to take if you encounter any of the above incident types:

1. Contact 133 for police or 144 for the ambulance if:

  • You are seriously injured

  • Still in danger

  • Believe a crime has been committed

2. When you can, contact Lieferando and notify them of the incident

  • Provide as much information about the incident as you can

  • Let Lieferando know the details of any injuries you have suffered
