How do I make money?

Delivering with Lieferando means you’ll make money for each delivery. The courier app will send you delivery ‘offers,’ which you can decide to accept or reject.

Can I use my own equipment?

You can order your Lieferando courier kit (jackets, backpacks and helmets) once you have started your courier sign up. We’ll send you your login details to our courier shop. There's no obligation to use Lieferando branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment, however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.

Do I need to submit my availability every week?

You can submit your availability every week in order to get scheduled runs. This is to help make sure we can keep you busy with a good amount of orders. We also offer “open runs”, where you can start delivering straight away.

My preferred delivery zone is closed so I applied in a different one. Can I change to my preferred zone?

Please only apply in the zone you wish to deliver in. If your preferred zone is closed, we’re not able to transfer your account.

What requirements do I need to meet to offer my delivery services in Austria?

To be aged +18.
An Apple or Android smartphone with data.
An e-bike or bike. An Austrian ID or passport and valid e-card.
A proof of work eligibility (if non-EEA citizen)

If I deliver for Lieferando, can I also deliver for other companies?

Yes you can! If you deliver for Lieferando, you are your own boss. You can deliver for other companies, accept or decline orders and set your own hours. The flexibility is yours.
