Working as an independent courier for Lieferando in Austria, you’re our on-road heroes and help to keep us moving. Whether you’ve got the pizzas for a party or the groceries for dinner, every delivery is a big event, and your chance to make someone’s day.
Join the network as an independent courier and you can choose your schedule. This means, you choose when and where you deliver.

Requirements
To offer your delivery services in Austria, you must meet the following requirements:
Age 18+
Austrian ID or passport a valid e-card
Work permit (if not Austrain national)
Have a smartphone incl data.
Your own (e-)bike vehicle
And that's it - no previous delivery experience is required!

Delivering with Lieferando means you’ll make money for each delivery. The courier app will send you delivery ‘offers,’ which you can then review and decide if you’d like to complete the delivery.
You can order your Lieferando courier kit (jackets, backpacks and helmets) once you have started your courier sign up. We’ll send you your login details to our courier shop. There's no obligation to use Lieferando branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment, however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.
We mainly operate a closed network. This is to help make sure we maintain a balance of couriers and orders. When things are busy, you might have the opportunity to jump on a “open runs” and start delivering straight away.
Please only apply in the zone you wish to deliver in. If your preferred zone is closed, we’re not able to transfer your account.
