You can order your Lieferando courier kit (jackets, backpacks and helmets) once you have started your courier sign up. We’ll send you your login details to our courier shop. Watch out for an email invitation to log in and select what items you need. We’ll send your selected kit to your home address you provide.
There's no obligation to use Lieferando branded equipment. Feel free to use your own equipment, however, you must ensure that it meets our minimum safety requirements.

To sign up as an (e-)bike courier, here are the requirements:
The thermal bag has to be worn as a backpack. It must have straps on the backside of the bag with the ability to be worn on the shoulders
Commercial-grade insulated thermal bag
Minimum interior dimensions of 22″ L x 14″ W x 17″ H (55,88 cm L x 35,56 cm B x 43,18 cm H) to contain 2 x 6″(15,24 cm) catering pans
Insulation on all six sides
It must close completely with heavy-duty Velcro strips or an industrial zipper
Leak-proof removable liner with heavy-duty thermally reflective ultra high-temp sealed liner
