We know you give it your all on the road, so we've created a simple monthly email with your personalised delivery stats. Use these insights to improve efficiency, earn better incentives, and track your performance over the last 12 weeks.

Stats explained:

💡 Maximise your stats: Here are some best practices

  • Delivered orders: All the orders you successfully handed over to happy customers.

  • On time pickup arrivals: Measures how often you arrived at the restaurant or grocery partner on time.

  • On time deliveries: Deliveries that were completed within the promised time frame.

  • Completed deliveries: The percentage of offers accepted that were delivered.

Getting to the restaurant/grocery partner

  • Take note of any special accessibility instructions

  • Make your way safely to the partner without unnecessary delays or detours

At the restaurant/grocery partner

  • Once you’ve safely parked, swipe “Arrived” before getting out of your vehicle

  • Make your way directly to the restaurant with your insulated bag alerting staff of your arrival

  • If the order is not ready immediately, stay in the vicinity of the partner until the order has been prepared to avoid any food going cold

  • Once the order is ready and the food has been placed in your insulated bag, swipe “Collected” ensuring hot and cold items are separated

  • Make your way back to your vehicle without unnecessary delays or detours

Getting to the Customer

  • Take note of any special instructions left by the customer

  • Swipe “Ready to Drive” when you’re in your vehicle and commencing your journey to the customer

  • Make your way safely to the customer without unnecessary delays or detours

At the Customer

  • Ensure that you have the correct order and all items for the customer

  • Follow any special instructions left by the customer

  • Swipe 'Delivered' once you have sighted the customer and have made the delivery
